All teams participating in the 2011 RussMatt Greater Phoenix Invitational are required to stay at one of our host hotels.

We offer a wide range of lodging choices to accommodate all budgets, from those simply looking for the best rate to teams wanting full service hotels, suite properties.

After viewing the web pages of our contracted lodging below, please indicate on the registration page your first two choices of hotels and the number of rooms needed.

Teams are not allowed to book directly with hotels. RussMatt Baseball will make your reservations based on the information provided on the registration form. We will make every effort to reserve your hotel rooms in a timely manner, notifying a team representative of your reservation status by phone, fax or email.

RussMatt Baseball's obligation regarding the relationship of tournament host hotels and participating teams ends after confirming your reservation with both the hotel and a team representative.

Some hotels will send a rooming contract to individual coaches, others will not. Teams are not confirmed at their RussMatt contracted hotel until a team representative verifies the reservation made by RussMatt Baseball directly with the hotel group sales manager.

It is recommended that teams register early as our special group rates are only good upon availability. In order for parents to receive the RussMatt Greater Phoenix Invitational team rate, coaches must book the rooms as part of their block.
