All teams participating in the 2011 RussMatt Central Florida Invitational are required to stay at one of our host hotels/vacation homes/condos.

We offer a wide range of lodging choices to accommodate all budgets, from those simply looking for the best rate to teams wanting full service hotels, suite properties, condos or vacation homes.

After viewing the web pages of our contracted lodging below, please indicate on the registration page your first two choices of hotels/houses/condos and the number of rooms/houses/condos needed.

Teams are not allowed to book directly with hotels/vacation homes/condos. RussMatt Baseball will make your reservations based on the information provided on the registration form. We will make every effort to reserve your hotel rooms/houses/condos in a timely manner, notifying a team representative of your reservation status by phone, fax or email.

RussMatt Baseball's obligation regarding the relationship of tournament host hotels/vacation homes/condos and participating teams ends after confirming your reservation with both the hotel/vacation homes/condos and a team representative.

Some hotels/vacation homes/condos will send a rooming contract to individual coaches, others will not. Teams are not confirmed at their RussMatt contracted hotel/vacation house/condo until a team representative verifies the reservation made by RussMatt Baseball directly with the hotel/vacation house/condo group sales manager.

It is recommended that teams register early as our special group rates are only good upon availability. In order for parents to receive the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational team rate, coaches must book the rooms as part of their block.
